COLA: Cross-device OCT Layer segmentation
These datasets are released for academic research use only.
Dataset Description
Cross-device OCT Layer segmentation dataset includes two subsets: Topcon and Heidelberg.
- Topcon subset consists of dataset consists of 1280 OCT B-scans with the resolution of 992*512 pixels. All the images were captured by a Topcon 3D OCT 2000 system from 20 subjects. Each image has a corresponding pixel-level manual annotation of the full retinal and choroidal layers provided by experts. We make use of 640 images for training and 640 images for testing.
- Heidelberg subset consists of 640 OCT B-scans with the resolution of 379*378 pixels. All the images were captured by a Heidelberg Spectrails OCT2 system from 20 subjects. Each image has a corresponding pixel-level manual annotation of the choroidal layers provided by experts. We make use of 320 images for training and 320 images for testing.
